Haria Exports Ltd: Outcome of Board Meeting
Haria Exports Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is held on February 25, 2011, inter alia, to consider, discuss and approve the proposal to delist the equity shares of the Company from Delhi Stock Exchange and Ahmedabad Stock Exchange. The Board of Directors has decided to delist the Equity Shares of the Company from Delhi Stock Exchange and Ahmedabad Stock Exchange.
