Has anyone here heard about Fibochart?

Supposedly it is a fast and easy downloadable Fibonacci grid that you open and resize to fit over your charts. FiboChart remains on top of the brokerage screen even while clicking and working on the underlying broker pages.

Just wondering if anyone has used this software.
