| BUY Kansai Nerolac Hosur Plant Expansion To Add A Minimum of 20 per cent volume increase in Automotive Paints And Powder Coatings. The second phase expansion of Rs 200 crore will keep top line growing at a minimum 20 per cent per annum till FY2015. Hosur, ideally located 80 kms from Bangalore and the Car Hub of Chennai-which is the user industry. Hosur, is also home to Ashok Leyland's biggest HCV plant in India and close to the Bosch and SKF factories. Strong Cash generation-Cash EPS Rs 81 in FY10. This should rise to roughly Rs 100 per share in FY11. Rupee Appreciation to Aid reduction in cost of imported chemicals, and a planned 3 per cent hike from July 2010, will keep bottmline. Stock goes Ex-Bonus 1:1 on Wednesday. Over a 6 to 12 month period Kansai should trade in the Rs 1000 range, post the Bonus.
