I agree with that. Never ever buy shares on borrowed money. If you're looking to be into your shares for about a year or so, you could buy big property stocks, as the demand has shown a decent uptick in recent times and enquiries/purchase ratio is improving.

U can go in for medium or long term small caps scrips.But do not trade with marginal funds offered by brokers.
