Record Dates - Stock Splits

• Record Date - Atco Corporation Stock Split

Atco Corporation Stock Split - Atco Corporation has fixed 10 March 2010 as the record date for the purpose of sub-division of equity shares of Rs. 10 each into five equity shares of Rs. 2 each.

• Record date - Ipca Laboratories Stock Split

Ipca Laboratories Stock Split - Ipca Laboratories has fixed 23 March 2010 as the record date for the purpose of determining the shareholders who would be entitled to receive the sub-divided equity shares pursuant to sub-division of equity shares of Rs. 10 each into 5 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.

• Record Date - Murli Industries Stock Split

Murli Industries Stock Split - Murli Industries has fixed 19 March 2010 as the record date for the purpose of sub-division of one share of Rs. 10 per share of the company into five shares of Rs. 2 each.

Record Dates - Others

• Record date - NTPC interim dividend

National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) has fixed 19 March 2010 as the record date for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of the shareholders for payment of interim dividend, if declared.

• Record date - Britannia Industries allotment of bonus debentures

Britannia Industries has fixed 09 March 2010 as the record date for determining the members of the company who will be entitled to receive one fully paid bonus debenture of Rs. 170 each for every one existing fully paid equity share of Rs. 10 each of the company (bonus debentures).

In book-building issues, the issuer is required to indicate either the price band or a floor price in the Red Herring Prospectus. The actual issue price can be any price in the price band or any price above the floor price. This issue price is called "Cut off price". This is decided by the issuer and lead managers after considering the book and investor demand for the stock.
