hold dlf...

add below 300... tgt 900... in 2 years time

i have been speaking some real estate sr VP at DLF.. and it came out that residental real esate has started looking up but commercial real estate is espected to look up after may-jun 10

so ppl are accumulating dlf for commercial

and unitiech.. more for afforadable housing filip in the budget.. alongwith hdfc and lic hsg for home loans if affordable housing gets a kick up in the budget

i expect a consumption focused budget

Hi All,

I have 1200 shares of DLF at an avg of 309.3 and its currently valued at 305.8...Could anyone suggest me whether i need to keep hold of it for long, if yes what target should i keep?

Hi Gautam,
keep it up to 24/02/2010 it will touch 314+. But keep watch on it if it go below 299 then pl decide. It seems that on Monday it will touch to 310-312 be ready to escape.
