I am very sorry if I have hurt your feelings.  You are providing lot of information, which one cannot easily get.  I cannot get the number of reports as an individual.  I know your
gathering the information and circulating amongst members.
 
Since some duplication were there I wrote a general letter, which has hurt you very much.
I feel very sorry.  Please continue as before and forget my remarks.
