Ltd. is engaged in the business of Education Lead generation for the client Education students. Zaptive is running its business through website "Studyplaces[dot]com" which is being owned by its holding Company Study Places Inc., USA. It provides a platform for students to acquire information related to higher education opportunities in USA, UK, India and various other countries. It has tie ups with various universities and educational institutes for providing educational opportunities in aforesaid countries. Studyplaces[dot]com covers more than 3750 institutes across aforesaid countries.

2. Declaration of Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2009-10.
