Pidilite Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 03, 2011, the Board has approved the appointment of a Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (Share Allotment ) Committee to consider requests for conversion of Bonds into equity shares of the Company and matters related thereto .
