Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 10, 2011, inter alia, to consider, approve among other items of business:
1. To adopt the Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2011 and the Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on that date.
2. To recommend dividend if any, for the financial year ended on March 31, 2011.
