Spentex Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 12, 2011, inter alia, has considered & approved the following:
- Issue and Allotment of 19,50,000 equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 6.95 per share on conversion of same number of warrants in final trench.
