Sagar Cements Ltd: Updates on Scheme of Amalgamation
Sagar Cements Ltd has informed BSE that the Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh has since sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation of Amareswari Cements Limited with Sagar Cements Limited with effect from April 01, 2010 without any modification.
