Indian Extractions Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 06, 2011, inter alia, to consider, recommend and if deem fit to approve amalgamation proposal with Phthalo Colours & Chemicals (I) Ltd unlisted public limited Company.
