EID Parry India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board decision to make necessary application to Luxembourg Stock Exchange (LSE) to delist the Company's GDRs listed in LSE.
The Company has now informed that the GDR's listed on LSE has been delisted w.e.f. April 11, 2011.
