Vijayeswari Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 10, 2011, inter alia, transacted the following businesses:
1. The Board unanimously resolved to appoint Sri. A. L. Ramachandra, Managing Director of the company as Chairman & Managing Director of the company with immediate effect.
2 The Board unanimously resolved to appoint Smt. Jayanthi Ramachandra, Joint Managing Director of the company as Managing Director of the company with immediate effect.
