With reference to the earlier announcement dated March 17, 2011, regarding deferment of Board Meeting, TAK Machinery & Leasing Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company have decided the postponed meeting of the Board of Directors on March 22, 2011 to consider resignation of Existing Directors & appointment of new Directors.
