Rotam Commercials Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on March 24, 2011, has decided to accept the resignation letters from Mr. Jagdish Malani, Mr. Hasmukh Malani, Mr. Chandrakant Malani, and Mr. Mukesh Malani.
