Polygenta Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that at the Committee Meeting held on March 02, 2011, it was decided to allot 25,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each to IFCI Ltd. against conversion of 25,00,000 CCPS
(Compulsory Convertible Preference Shares) of Rs. 10/- each.
