Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd: Allotment of shares pursuant to exercise of options under ESOS

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that on March 03, 2011 the Corporation allotted
8,30,825 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by employees / directors.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 293,23,75,200 consisting of 146,61,87,600 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
