HBL Power Systems Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 14, 2011, have considered the Scrutinizers Report on Postal Ballot resolution under Section 293(1)(d) of the Companies Act, 1956 for increase in Borrowing Powers for an amount of Rs. 750 crores and declared the result.
