Ganesh Polytex Ltd: Outcome of EGM

Ganesh Polytex Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on March 07, 2011, inter alia, have passed special resolution under section 81(1A) of the Companies Act, 1956 for issue of 15,00,000 Optionally Convertible Debentures (OCDs) of Rs. 90/- each, convertible into equal number of Equity Shares of the Company at a later date, to 'Green India Venture Fund', a trust fund of IFCI Venture Capital Funds Limited, on preferential allotment basis.
