With reference to earlier announcement dated March 05, 2011 regarding Outcome of Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM), Eco Recycling Ltd has now informed BSE that there was a typographical error in previous communication with regard to the proceedings of EGM. The Company has re-submitted to BSE the proceedings of an Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on March 05, 2011.
