With reference to earlier announcements regarding the Composite Scheme of Amalgamation and Arrangement between Dish TV India Limited and Agrani Satellite Services Limited and Integrated Subscriber Management Services Limited and their respective shareholders and creditors ('Scheme'), Dish TV India Ltd has now informed BSE about the Order under Section 394 of the Companies Act, 1956 passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature of Delhi approving the Composite Scheme of Amalgamation and Arrangement between Dish TV India Limited and Agrani Satellite Services Limited and Integrated Subscriber Management Services Limited and their respective shareholders and creditors.
