Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of ESOP Allotment Committee of the Company will be held on February 24, 2011, to consider allotment of shares to the eligible employees who have chosen to exercise their options under Employees Stock Option Scheme (ESOP), 2002 of the Company.
