Compact Disc India Ltd has informed BSE that the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company will be held on March 22, 2011, inter alia, to give consent to seek voluntarily delisting of its securities from Bombay Stock Exchange Limited, Mumbai and Ludhiana Stock Exchange Limited, Ludhiana, subject to necessary provisions and approvals.
